This videotape captures over three hours of CCTV footage taken from Columbine High School's cafeteria, also known as the "commons", on April 20, 1999. The initial footage jumps from April 6 to April 7 to April 16 before settling on April 20. The surveillance system at Columbine High School was specifically installed in the cafeteria in order to crack down on students leaving behind trash. The system routinely rotates between four cameras, scattered across the cafeteria.
